Favors collected 25 points (10-12 FG, 5-5 FT), 11 rebounds, three assists and two blocks in 24 minutes during Saturday's 125-85 victory over the Magic.

EDGE Analysis

Favors was excellent in the blow-out victory, scoring a season-high 25 points. He was highly efficient from both the field and the free-throw line, while adding a pair of blocks. He is locked in as the starting center until Rudy Gobert (knee) is able to return. He only saw 24 minutes of action today, but that was due to the nature of the score. Moving forward he should be receiving around 30 minutes per night, enough for him to be a must-own player.

Favors recorded 15 points (5-11 FG, 5-6 FT), seven rebounds, an assist and a blocked shot across 29 minutes in Friday's 118-107 loss to the Nets.

EDGE Analysis

As the Jazz continue to tinker with their lineup without Rudy Gobert in it, Favors appears to be their preferred method in replacing the big man via the four, with mixed results. They have marginal talent on the bench at the center position, so Favors should see increased usage for the foreseeable future, which makes him an interesting GPP option in the short term.

Favors totaled six points (3-11 FG), 10 rebounds, five assists, three blocks and one steal across 34 minutes during a 106-101 loss to the Knicks on Wednesday.

EDGE Analysis

Favors struggled to get much offense going for the second consecutive game, but was quite good in other areas as he picked up five assists and three blocks, both season highs. He will continue to get plenty of minutes while Rudy Gobert (knee) is sidelined, so he will likely continue to produce solid value during that span.

Favors tallied 24 points (9-15 FG, 6-7 FT), 12 rebounds, two blocks and one steal across 36 minutes in Saturday's 114-106 win over the Nets.

EDGE Analysis

Favors saw a considerable bump in usage with Rudy Gobert (knee) sitting out the contest, which helped lead to season-high scoring and rebounding totals. The eight-year veteran also equaled his season high amount of shot attempts and posted his second double-double of the campaign. Favors' role is typically smaller when Gobert is healthy, but he's capable of double-digit scoring or boards on any given night.

Favors tallied 10 points (4-12 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four rebounds, two assists and one steal across 26 minutes in Monday's 104-89 win over the Mavericks.

EDGE Analysis

Favors served as the fourth scoring option on a night when Rodney Hood, Ricky Rubio and Rudy Gobert -- the latter primarily by way of free throws -- shouldered a significant amount of the offensive burden. The veteran big man has double-digit scoring efforts in six of his first seven games, although his overall production suffered a downturn Monday due to a season-worst 33.3 percent success rate from the field. Despite the hiccup, Favors is shooting a career-best 54.1 percent and has improved his scoring average more than three points per game (9.5 to 12.6) over last season.

Favors totaled 14 points (7-11 FG, 0-1 3Pt), 10 rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block in 29 minutes during Saturday's 96-81 victory over the Lakers.

EDGE Analysis

Favors was excellent on Saturday, collecting his first double-double of the season. That's six consecutive games with at least 24 minutes for Favors. After an injury-plagued last season, the biggest takeaway from this season so far, are the minutes played. He has appeared to be healthy and coach Quin Snyder's confidence in the big-man is growing by the game. He will likely not reach the numbers he had two seasons ago, but is worth a spot on most rosters as a solid source of points and rebounds.

Favors tallied 14 points (7-14 FG, 0-1 3Pt), four rebounds, four assists and one steal across 28 minutes during Wednesday's matchup against the Nuggets.

EDGE Analysis

Favors struggled last season with a lingering knee injury and averaged 23.7 minutes and 9.5 points across 50 games, however, since Gordon Hayward was the Jazz's leading scorer during the 2016-17 season and left this offseason, the 26-year-old will likely pick up some of Hayward's minutes and scoring this season.

Favors tallied nine points (4-8 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-3 FT), six rebounds, two assists, three steals and two blocks across 20 minutes in Monday's 120-102 preseason win over the Suns.

EDGE Analysis

The big man provided a bit of everything during his time on the floor, and he's now hauled in at least five rebounds in three straight exhibitions. Favors has also shot no less than 50 percent in any of the Jazz's four preseason contests thus far, an encouraging sight after the 26-year-old posted a 48.7 percent success rate and averaged an uncharacteristically low 9.5 points per game last season. With the scoring void created by the departures of Gordon Hayward and George Hill in the offseason, Favors will need to take his offensive game back to prior levels for Utah to keep pace with the plethora of Western Conference offensive juggernauts.

Favors finished with six points (3-6 FG), three rebounds and one block during Monday's 108-83 preseason victory over the Sydney Kings.

EDGE Analysis

Notably, Favors appeared to be moving well during Monday's preseason game. Injury is always a concern with Favors, as he played just 50 games last season while dealing with a knee issue and also appeared in only 62 games during 2015-16.

Favors (back) registered three points (1-1 FG, 1-2 FT), five rebounds and one block over 11 minutes during Thursday's 115-104 loss to the Warriors in Game 2 of the Western Conference semifinals.

EDGE Analysis

Favors continues to battle a sore back, which presumably has played a role in the significant minutes reduction he's seen over the first two games of the current series. The veteran big man was a pivotal factor in the offense during the first half of the first-round series against the Clippers after Rudy Gobert's knee injury, playing between 24 and 38 minutes in the first four games. He also logged 30 minutes in Game 7 versus Los Angeles and logged a 17-point, 11-rebound double-double, but given his current physical condition, he appears limited to a modest bench role at present.
