Green posted 17 points (6-15 FG, 5-13 3Pt), six rebounds, four assists, four steals and two blocked shots in Friday's 104-101 win over the Thunder.

EDGE Analysis

IT was definitely a step in the right direction for Green, who is still shaking off the ill effects of a hamstring injury that sidelined him last week Green was a standout defensively Frida y as his four steals led the team and matched his season-high total. Green's production should gradually increase as he puts the injury in the rear-view, and will warrant consideration in most formats until Kawhi Leonard returns, where every Spurs player will experience a slight dip in production.

Green (hamstring) will play in Tuesday's game against the Mavericks, Tom Osborn of the San Antonio Express-News reports.

EDGE Analysis

Green was held out of Saturday's win over the Bulls with the hamstring injury, but after logging a full practice Monday, the shooting guard should be a full go in Tuesday's contest. Bryn Forbes will likely return to the bench as a result of Green being active.

Green (hamstring) was a full participant in Monday's practice and hopes to play in Tuesday's matchup with the Mavericks, Tom Osborn of the San Antonio Express-News reports.

EDGE Analysis

The Spurs' practice Monday was a light one, so it's yet to be seen if Green will be good to go for at full speed Tuesday, but his optimism is encouraging. Another update on Green's status should come following the team's shootaround Monday morning.

Green will not play Saturday against the Bulls due to a hamstring injury, Jeff McDonald of the San Antonio Express-News reports.

EDGE Analysis

This is the first we've heard of the injury, but the shooting guard should be considered day-to-day for the time being. Bryn Forbes will move into the starting lineup in his place Saturday, and he should be in line for increased minutes given the absence of Manu Ginobili (rest).

Green supplied 24 points (8-15 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 4-5 FT), two assists, one rebound, one steal, and one block in 28 minutes during Tuesday's 120-107 win over the Clippers.

EDGE Analysis

Green keeps stepping up in the absence of Kawhi Leonard (quadriceps) , and this was the 30-year-old wing's sixth double-digit scoring effort through 11 games. Green also finished with season highs in scoring, treys, and made free throws while contributing in every statistical category (as usual). With Leonard set to be sidelined for at least the next few weeks, expect Green to continue doing his best to help pick up the slack on both ends.

Green totaled 10 points (4-10 FG, 2-4 3Pt), four rebounds, four steals, one assist and one block across 28 minutes in Sunday's 97-94 loss to the Pacers.

EDGE Analysis

Green continued his good start to the season, chipping in across the board on Sunday. Green has been a nice surprise for owners, showing glimpses of his upside in the process. He is currently averaging 11.8 points with 2.0 three-pointers, 1.5 steals and 1.5 blocks over his first six games. While his usage will likely take a hit once Kawhi Leonard (quad) returns, his defensive contributions could hold steady. If he maintains this form, he will have value in almost all leagues.

Green recorded 17 points (7-16 FG, 3-7 3Pt), four rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks across 32 minutes in Wednesday's107-99 win over the Timberwolves.

EDGE Analysis

With Kawhi Leonard (quad) out for the foreseeable future, everyone has to pitch in to keep the Spurs' offensive engine purring, so Green is putting in a full complement of minutes on the floor, far more than Gregg Popovich originally intended. Add Tony Parker on the verge of retirement and the aging of Manu Ginobli, Green finds himself in a position he hasn't yet faced over his eight-year career in San Antonio - in demand as one of San Antonio's primary offensive threats. He's never averaged more than 11.7 points per season but it looks like Green is in line for much more if Leonard isn't there to provide the bulk of the offensive attack. Target Green as a sleeper moving forward, even though Popovich remains one of the most unpredictable coaches fantasy-wise.

Green posted 20 points (8-13 FG, 4-7 3Pt), three rebounds, one steal and one block across 22 minutes in Friday's 113-93 preseason win over the Kings.

EDGE Analysis

The defensive-minded veteran was a scoring force Friday, putting up a team-high amount of shot attempts and draining an impressive 57.1 percent of his tries from behind the arc. Green's performance was certainly a pleasant surprise, considering he'd gone 1-for-7 from the field over 18 minutes in last Monday's preseason opener. Green has seen a notable offensive downturn over the last two seasons, as he's averaged just over seven points per contest while generating sub-40 percent success rates from the field. Therefore, while Friday's effort was a welcome sight, it likely isn't indicative of what Green will provide fantasy-wise on a night-to-night basis.

Green (quadriceps) returned to the lineup for Monday's game against the Trail Blazers, posting five points (2-5 FG, 1-4 3Pt) iwth four rebounds, two assists and a blocked shot.

EDGE Analysis

With Green back in action it was Jonathan Simmons going back to the bench. Green looked a little rusty. He'll get another chance to get back into game shape Wednesday against the Jazz before heading off to the playoffs.

Green (quad) is no longer listed on the Spurs' injury report for Monday's game against the Trail Blazers.

EDGE Analysis

Green has missed the last five games with a quad injury, but has now been cleared and should be available for the final two tuneup games of the regular season this week. Look for Green to take back his spot in the starting lineup and unless reported otherwise, he should be good for a full workload. Green's return likely means less time for both Jonathon Simmons and Kyle Anderson.
