He struck out seven but walked four. Skaggs is now 2-0 with a 1.69 ERA and a 9.56 K/9. He is worth looking at as a streaming option going forward, but he has shown lots of inconsistency in his career and is not worth buying into 100% yet.

Skaggs got a couple boosts from his stellar defense, but overall looked like the pitcher the Angels hoped he could be when they acquired him. While he will not be this masterful all season, he is certainly worth a look as a streamer and in deeper formats, as long as he is healthy.
