The left-hander might be a little more risky than usual, though, in his first start off the DL and in a tough matchup with Oakland.

Both starters were placed on the disabled list at the beginning of the month and aren't close to returning to the rotation. Skaggs has been the much better starter for fantasy purposes, but neither hurler may offer much in terms of production for owners down the stretch with the Angels well out of contention.
