Zimmerman went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI in Saturday's win over the Phillies.
EDGE Analysis
He'd hit a bit of a rough patch recently, going 1-for-14 over his prior three games, but a couple of rainouts gave Zimmerman a chance to re-focus and he responded by boosting his RBI total to 36 in 34 games. The 32-year-old's .430 BABIP won't last forever, but his re-discovered power stroke appears to be for real and he's well on his way to potentially matching or topping his previous career highs of 33 homers and 106 RBI, set way back in 2009.
