Wisler allowed seven hits, four walks and three runs while striking out just one over 6.2 innings Thursday against the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
He left in line to lose, but ended up with no decision. Wisler had pitched to a 1.55 ERA with a 20:6 K:BB in his first four career appearances against the Mets, including eight shutout frames back on May 3; unfortunately, his control wasn't sharp in this one and he let the Mets rally for a trio of one-run innings. Control isn't typically Wisler's issue, but his lack of strikeouts (61 in 89.2 innings) and tendency to give up homers makes him a risky fantasy roll.
