Wieters (elbow) will catch seven innings with High-A Frederick on Saturday, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports. Wieters caught seven innings at extended spring training Thursday, and will now move elsewhere. It's unclear how much longer he'll miss because of the issue, but the backstop is making good progress. Caleb Joseph and Ryan Lavarnway will continue to handle duties behind the plate until he rejoins the club.
