Los Angeles Angels starting pitcher Tyler Skaggs (groin) is scheduled to start on Wednesday against the A's. Skaggs has a 3.78 ERA, 1.31 WHIP and 123 K's in 116 2/3 innings over 21 starts this year, so he's certainly attractive to fantasy owners when he's on the mound. However, he could be limited a bit on Wednesday in his first start since Aug. 11 against a strong offense. Skaggs will be a little more risky than usual for fantasy owners this week in his return.
