The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review confirms the Pirates are not expected to re-sign Kevin Correia.

Correia was relegated to the bullpen in the second half of last season and there's been no indication that he'll be brought back. The 32-year-old posted a 12-11 record, 4.21 ERA and 89/46 K/BB ratio in 171 total innings (28 starts) and will test the free agent market. Beat writer Rob Biertempfel believes Kyle McPherson is a candidate to replace Correia on the Pirates' 25-man roster.
