The Phillies will be one of the team's at Brian Wilson's (elbow) workout Thursday. The Phils, at least at this point, still think they can make the playoffs, so they could be buyers at the deadline. They certainly need bullpen help, as they've lost Mike Adams for the season and their relief corps holds a 4.36 ERA. Wilson reported looked terrific during a private workout for the Giants Monday.
