The Angels are awaiting the results of an MRI on Howie Kendrick's left knee. Kendrick was diagnosed with a hyperextended knee following a collision with right fielder Collin Cowgill on Monday, but he underwent additional tests to find out if the injury is more severe. Grant Green has been recalled and is at second base Tuesday and he could remain there indefinitely if the Halos get bad news on Kendrick.
