Stephen Drew is not in the Red Sox starting lineup on Monday evening against the Orioles. It's his third day off in seven games since rejoining the club. Drew is just 1-for-14 so far for the Red Sox and is obviously being eased back into regular duty. Jonathan Herrera is playing shortstop on Monday night.
