Souza (hand) had a positive meeting with a hand specialist and will take dry swings Friday, Roger Mooney of the Tampa Tribune reports. Continued difficulty with his hand caused Souza to meet with a specialist Friday, but the meeting netted positive results as he will be able to take dry swings. Reportedly, the Rays' plan is to have Souza ramp up baseball activities on Thursday with the intention of having him return to the team shortly after the break.
