Reds signed LHP Scott Diamond to a minor league contract; assigned him to Triple-A Louisville. Diamond was released by the Twins over the weekend after putting up a 6.52 ERA, a 1.638 WHIP, and 47 strikeouts in 80 innings for Triple-A Rochester. He'll give the Reds some rotation depth in the minors.
