Randy Wolf (elbow) will meet with Dr. Lewis Yocum next week in Los Angeles to discuss surgical options.

Whether or not he needs a second Tommy John surgery remains to be seen, but Wolf has been diagnosed with a torn ulnar collateral ligament in his pitching elbow. The veteran left-hander posted a 5.65 ERA and 1.57 WHIP over 157 2/3 innings between the Brewers and Orioles this season. He is not considering retirement.
