Phillips underwent an X-ray on his left ring finger Monday night, and the results came back negative. Despite this, Phillips potentially has swelling and soreness still effecting his hand. De Jesus will replace him at second base and bat seventh against Met's starting pitcher Bartolo Colon. Phillips is still considered day-to-day.
