Parker (elbow) will undergo surgery on April 1, Carl Steward of the Bay Area News Group reports.

The Athletics have not released any information regarding the surgery yet, but it's looking more and more likely that Parker could miss most, or all, of the 2016 campaign after sustaining a fracture to his throwing elbow last week.
