Morales went 3-for-4 with his 25th double of the season in Wednesday's loss to Baltimore.
EDGE Analysis
The first-year Blue Jay surpassed last season's total for doubles in 17 fewer games, but his .250 batting average has put a dent in his OBP and slugging percentage compared to his 2016 with Kansas City. He remains on pace to reach 30 home runs for a second straight year, and the third time in his 11-year career, but it's unlikely Morales can meet the 90-RBI mark that he's accomplished over the past two campaigns. On the bright side, the DH is riding a modest six game hitting streak in which he gone 9-for-23 (.391), and looks poised to provide owners with a strong finish.
