Luis Mendoza struggled again on Saturday against the Blue Jays, allowing four runs on 10 hits in just 3 1/3 innings of work. Mendoza walked one and didn't strike out a batter in the game. A popular preseason sleeper candidate, Mendoza has been dreadful and looks like the odd man out once Felipe Paulino is ready to return to the rotation. If he manages to stay in the rotation, Mendoza's next scheduled start would be at Cleveland next week.
