The Dodgers will give Andrew Toles the nod in left field while Chase Utley mans second base, so Kendrick will start Wednesday's game on the bench. He should continue to play somewhat regularly down the stretch, although the Dodgers now have so much depth after roster expansion that he will inevitably get a day or two off each week.
