Kelly Johnson had two hits, including a solo home run, in a losing effort against the Yankees on Thursday.

Johnson finished the night 2-for-5 with a double and two RBI. His solo blast came off Cory Wade as part of a three-run eighth inning that pulled the Jays to within 10-7, but that would be as close as they'd get. He's mired in a subpar season offensively, hitting just .224/.313/.362 with 15 homers, 53 RBI and 13 steals.
