Josh Reddick (hand) did not play in Sunday's game. Reddick was removed from Saturday's game after getting hit by a Darren Oliver pitch. Fortunately the X-Rays came back negative. "Red's pretty sore," Red Sox manager Terry Francona said. "Structurally, he's fine. He just got a pretty good bruise. I think we'll certainly stay away from him today, let him concentrate on the ice and whatever they want to do [in trainer's room] as opposed to picking up a bat and coming back a day too early and he struggles for a while." Consider him day-to-day for now.
