Josh Hamilton (thumb) is not in the starting lineup at Triple-A Salt Lake for the third consecutive game on Sunday. Initially it was believed that the injury sustained when jammed by a pitch during Thursday's game was a minor concern, but now there is fear that it could be a sizable setback in his recovery. At this point, it's unlikely that he returns to the Angels this week as previously planned.
