Jordan Zimmermann pitched seven innings and allowed two runs in the Nationals' victory over the White Sox on Wednesday.

It was a ho-hum effort for the 26-year-old, as he allowed seven hits while striking out four. Zimmermann won't blow the competition away, but he's one of the most consistent starters going these days. Zimmermann will get the lowly Marlins next Monday in what should be an easy win for the righty.
