Jerry Hairston Jr. (knee, groin) will begin his minor league rehab assignment with High-A Rancho Cucamonga on Friday. Hairston originally landed on the disabled list with a left groin strain earlier this month, but then had a setback when he tweaked his knee. Barring any setbacks, he should be able to rejoin the Dodgers before the end of the month.
