Jeremy Jeffress has won a spot in the Blue Jays' bullpen. Jeffress has a 9.00 ERA and 12/9 K/BB ratio over 11 innings of work this spring, but he's out of options and the Jays don't want to expose him to waivers. As a result, Toronto will open the season with an eight-man bullpen and a three-man bench.
