Jeremy Jeffress has acknowledged that he was arrested on January 4 in Arizona and charged with assault, criminal damage and disorderly conduct as the result of a domestic dispute. The first two charges were dismissed, and Jeffress received 20 hours of community service for the disorderly conduct charge and will also have to attend a domestic-violence counseling class. "There was an argument between myself and my girlfriend," Jeffress said, "and I lost my temper, but I never put my hands on her. My mom and dad raised me to never do something like that." Jeffress, who has been suspended twice for testing positive for marijuana, evidently will not face any discipline from the Royals.
