Jenifer Langosch of MLB.com reports that the Pirates are not locked into Alex Presley as their starting left fielder next season. Presley showed well with the Bucs in 2011 after being called up from Triple-A, batting .298/.339/.465 with four homers, 20 RBI and nine steals over 215 at-bats. Ideally, though, the 26-year-old would be the team's fourth outfielder. Andrew McCutchen and Jose Tabata are locked into the other two starting outfield spots.
