Jeffress (hamstring) had a bullpen session Tuesday that reportedly "went very well", Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

Jeffress has been hampered by this hamstring injury since the end of February, but seems to be progressing well. There is no timetable set for his return, but manager Craig Counsell did say that he'll throw another bullpen session before the Brewers decide on the next step for the right-hander.
