Hamilton (shoulder) will be out "the next couple games" according to manager Mike Scioscia, MLB.com's Alden Gonzalez reports. Hamilton received two cortisone shots in his right shoulder Wednesday, so it's not surprising to see him set to miss a few days of action. There's still a chance he returns Saturday or Sunday against the Astros, but it will depend on how his body responds to the treatment. Even if the soreness keeps him out for the entire weekend series, the team remains confident that he'll return at some point during the regular season.
