Gerardo Parra delivered another strong performance in Friday's victory over the Indians, going 1-for-3 with a double and three RBI.

On the same day that it was announced Adam Eaton would be lost for the first 6-8 weeks of the season, Parra did his best to show he's capable of handling the load in the meantime. He's hitting .359/.386/.718 this spring with three bombs, 15 RBI and two steals, and it certainly a worthwhile gamble for the first few weeks of the season, especially if he takes over Eaton's spot atop the lineup.
