FOX Sports' Jon Paul Morosi reports that the Phillies have signed right-hander Aaron Cook to a minor league contract.

He'll make $1.625 million if he's on the major league roster. Cook, who turns 34 next month, posted a 5.65 ERA and 20/21 K/BB ratio in 94 innings over 18 starts with the Red Sox last season. He'll function as rotation depth for Philadelphia.
