Cueto (finger) has been cleared to start Sunday's game against the Braves, Henry Schulman of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Cueto revealed he was experiencing some issues with blisters during his most recent start Tuesday against the Cubs, but after reevaluating the right-hander over the weekend, team doctors cleared him to take the mound for his usual turn. While he's disappointed in 10 starts this season with a 4.64 ERA and 1.23 WHIP over 64 innings, Cueto should benefit from the move back to San Francisco for Sunday's outing. He's carried a 4.00 ERA (2.56 FIP) and has allowed just one home run in 27 innings at AT&T Park.
