Cain (forearm) threw all his pitches in a bullpen session Friday, Henry Schulman of the San Francisco Chronicle reports. Cain had been limited to throwing only fastballs in his previous bullpen sessions, but was cleared to begin incorporating his breaking balls Friday. With the right-hander reporting no issues, there's a chance he could pitch to live hitters as soon as Tuesday, but nothing's set in stone.
