Angels activated INF Howie Kendrick from the 15-day disabled list. Kendrick is not expected to return to the starting lineup until this weekend because the Angels are in Toronto and don't want to risk him incurring another injury on the Rogers Centre turf. The second baseman missed a little over a month with a strained left knee.
