Although Presley was activated from the 15-day DL on Tuesday, GM Jeff Luhnow said the outfielder is not yet ready to play, Evan Drellich of the Houston Chronicle reports. Presley was able to get in just one rehab game before the minor league season ended, and he will effectively continue his rehabilitation with the big club now that he's active. The Astros had a spot available following roster expansion and can afford to let Presley work himself back with plenty of available options on the bench.
