Ahmed is not in the lineup against the Mets on Saturday. After going 0-for-4 and striking out twice in Friday's contest, the 25-year-old shortstop will get what looks like a night off to clear his head. Cliff Pennington will take over at shortstop and bat in the eight-hole as the D-Backs face off against Matt Harvey.
