Kendrick is not in the lineup for Game 2 of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Rockies, Dylan Hernandez of the Los Angles Times reports. Enrique Hernandez will start at second base with Yasmani Grandal moving up to the cleanup spot, Kendrick sits following an 0-for-4 showing in Game 1.

Kendrick went 2-for-6 with an RBI single and a three-run homer in Monday's rout of Colorado. Kendrick's only had the pleasure of hitting at Coors Field in five career games, but he's thoroughly enjoyed himself in that span, having gone 10-for-23 with seven RBI. Of course, everyone enjoys hitting in Coors, and Kendrick will get his chance to do some more damage over the next three games with the Rockies, starting with Tuesday's doubleheader.

Kendrick went 2-for-3 with a walk, an RBI and two runs scored in a 5-1 win over the Cardinals on Saturday. After going 5-for-27 over his last seven games, Kendrick showed up in a big way Saturday, contributing to three of the Dodgers' five runs. Despite batting third or fourth in every one of his starts this year, Kendrick has only knocked in 19 runs for the Dodgers, as his high-average, low-power approach is better suited for the leadoff spot or two-hole than the middle of the lineup.

Kendrick was 2-for-4 with a double in a Dodgers' loss to the Giants on Wednesday. The lone bright spot in another LA shutout. Kendrick is now batting .304/.364/.473.

Kendrick registered three singles and scored a run in Friday's win over the Rockies. Kendrick appears rejuvenated since taking two days off during last week's series in Colorado due to the poor weather. He's recorded 12 hits over his last six starts, raising his batting average 33 points.

Kendrick is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Rockies. Kendrick hasn't fallen victim to his team's impressive collection of talent, as this is just the second time all season that he's been held out of the lineup. He's on pace for 17 homers, 87 RBI, 87 runs and 12 stolen bases, with an impressive .280/.347/.458 slash line.

Kendrick is out of the lineup Sunday against the Padres. Kendrick will simply receive his first day off this season Sunday, with Jacob Turner receiving the start at second base in his place. He should return to the lineup Monday, likely retaking his spot as the club's cleanup hitter.

Kendrick was 2-for-4 with a walk and a walk-off two-run single Tuesday against the Mariners. Kendrick is batting a healthy .344/.400/.500 with five RBI. If he ends up hitting cleanup all year, he could approach 90+ RBI despite his lack of typical middle-of-the-order power.

Kendrick currently projects as the Dodgers' cleanup hitter against left-handers, Eric Stephen of True Blue LA reports. You may see Kendrick hitting cleanup on Opening Day given his prior success (.483) against James Shields, but he'll probably move down to fifth against most right-handers.

Kendrick is batting .405 this spring and appears set to hit in the middle of the lineup for the Dodgers this year. Kendrick has the most at-bats this spring from the #5 spot in the lineup, so he'll probably slot there. That should lead to plenty of RBI opportunities for the second baseman.
