Robertson struck out two, but did make things a little tense after allowing a two-out triple to Munenori Kawasaki. Running the count to 3-2 after going ahead 0-2 against Anthony Gose, Robertson was able to record the backwards K to end the ballgame. The right-hander has a 3.42 ERA with a 1.14 WHIP along with a 43/9 K/BB ratio, and is 17-for-19 in save chances.

David Robertson struck out three over a scoreless ninth inning Tuesday against the Mariners to earn his 15th save of the season. He also walked a batter. Dellin Betances gave up a run in front of him, so you can add a bit more cushion to Robertson's hold on the closer's gig. Robertson is 15-for-17 in save opportunities to go with a 3.68 ERA and 1.14 WHIP this year.

Robertson struck out two in the inning and worked around a double and a walk to lock down the victory for the Yankees. He has worked three times in the past four days, so Yankees manager Joe Girardi may try to stay away from him on Saturday.

David Robertson had a meltdown in a save situation Sunday, surrendering five runs while recording just two outs in a loss to the Twins. Robertson entered the game try to protect a one-run lead and promptly served up a game-tying homer to Josh Hamilton to lead off the inning. That was just the beginning, as the Twins added four more tallies on two hits and three walks. Robertson's ERA went from 2.08 all the way up to 4.50 after the ugly afternoon.

David Robertson allowed an unearned run but hung on to record his 11th save of the season in Monday's win over the Cardinals. Jhonny Peralta reached on a throwing error by Derek Jeter to lead off the inning and came around to score on a Jon Jay double. However, Robertson then bowed his neck and got Matt Carpenter to ground out and Kolten Wong to strike out to end it. The Yankees closer holds a 2.40 ERA and has converted 11-of-12 save chances this season.

David Robertson bounced back from a rough Friday to toss a scoreless 10th inning against the White Sox on Saturday for his 10th save of the season. Robertson struck out Alejandro De Aza swinging and Leury Garcia looking to begin the inning before Adam Eaton reached on a single to center and moved into scoring position by stealing second base. However, the Yankees' closer was able to buckle down and get Gordon Beckham to strike out looking to end it. Robertson is now 10-for-11 in save chances this season to go along with a 2.57 ERA and 21/3 K/BB ratio in 14 innings.

David Robertson blew his first save of the season and took the loss Friday against the White Sox. After entering the bottom of the ninth inning with a one-run lead, Robertson allowed a lead-off single to Dayan Viciedo before serving up a walk-off two-run homer to Adam Dunn. It was a tough loss for the Yankees, but Robertson is going to be fine. Even after Friday's hiccup, he has a solid 2.77 ERA and 18/3 K/BB ratio in 13 innings this season.
