Beltre went 2-for-4 with a game-winning solo home run off Cody Allen in the ninth inning of Tuesday's 2-1 win over Cleveland.

EDGE Analysis

The seemingly ageless Beltre has now homered in three straight games, giving him five in 24 contests since rejoining the Rangers lineup at the end of May and 450 in his illustrious career. If he can keep it up, his current .935 OPS would also be his best since 2004.

Beltre went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run and a double during Monday's loss to Cleveland.

EDGE Analysis

The veteran has settled right back into the heart of the Texas lineup and made an immediate impact. Beltre owns a .294/.367/.529 slash line with four homers, 21 RBI and 11 runs through just 98 plate appearances. He projects to remain a rock-solid option at the hot concern moving forward.

Beltre went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Sunday's 7-6 win over the Yankees.

EDGE Analysis

Beltre's first-inning blast led the long-ball parade against Yankees starter Michael Pineda, who was chased after four innings upon serving up three home runs. After missing most of the first two months of the season with a calf injury, Beltre has shown few signs of rust since returning to action in late May. His .843 OPS through 22 games this season is roughly in line with his career mark.

Beltre went 2-for-4 with a double, two RBI and two runs during Thursday's win over Toronto.

EDGE Analysis

Beltre is already up to 16 RBI through just 19 games since returning from the disabled list in late May. The veteran sports a .290/.370/.464 slash line and has settled right back into the heart of the potent Texas lineup. It's not out of the question to expect him to begin building on his two homers in short order, either.

Beltre went 1-for-3 with a homer, a walk and two RBI against the Blue Jays on Tuesday.

EDGE Analysis

The long ball was just his second in 17 games this season, as Beltre's been a bit slow to regain his power stroke, but it was a warning shot to the rest of the league -- a 417-foot bomb to dead center. Beltre's hitting about the quietest .295 in the league, and fantasy owners looking to him for both average and power numbers should be rewarded as the season wears on.

Beltre went 1-for-4 with a double, walk and three RBI in Monday's 7-6 loss to the Blue Jays.

EDGE Analysis

Beltre cleared the bases with a go-ahead two-bagger in the fourth inning, but the Rangers bullpen was unable to preserve the lead, as closer Matt Bush imploded in the ninth to hand the Blue Jays the win in the series opener. With a .431 slugging percentage -- his worst mark since 2009 -- the 38-year-old hasn't regularly provided the power out of the cleanup spot the Rangers were banking on when he came off the disabled list in late May, but Beltre's .382 on-base percentage will keep him locked into the heart of the lineup.

Beltre went 1-for-2 with two walks, two runs and two RBI in Friday's 10-4 win over the Mariners.

EDGE Analysis

In addition to vaulting the Rangers into the lead with a two-run single in the third inning, Beltre also notched his 2,956th career hit, tying Wee Willie Keeler for 33rd place in MLB history. The veteran third baseman has just one home run to his name since making his season debut in late May, but with a .400 on-base percentage over 13 games, he's in no danger of losing his spot in the heart of the Rangers lineup.

Beltre went 0-for-4 with a strikeout in Sunday's 5-1 win over the Nationals.

EDGE Analysis

After missing two games with an ankle injury, Beltre returned to the field for the final two contests of the series, going 0-for-7 at the plate. Fantasy owners shouldn't be too discouraged by the lack of production, as the more important news is that Beltre hasn't looked compromised by the ankle in the field or on the bases, which was evident when he recorded his first steal of the season Saturday.

Beltre (ankle) is starting at third base and hitting cleanup Saturday against the Nationals.

EDGE Analysis

This is excellent news, as Beltre is healthy enough to take the field despite some reasonable assumptions earlier in the week that he might require a DL stint. Deploy him as usual.

Beltre (ankle) is not in the lineup Friday against the Nationals, Jeff Wilson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

EDGE Analysis

While Beltre isn't in the lineup Friday, it appears he may have avoided a trip to the DL for at least another day. Dario Alvarez was optioned to Triple-A to make room for recently recalled Jurickson Profar, giving Beltre another day to test his ankle out. A trip to the DL still remains possible, though it appears the Rangers may instead choose to use Beltre as a pinch hitter off the bench for the weekend. Profar will start at third base in his stead.
