Live Draft Question

GerrittP 11 Months

I am commish of an established dynasty league that has switched to Fleaflicker this season. My question involves the best way for us to handle our draft. We are all getting together to draft and would like to use one computer to input all of our picks rather than everyone having to login separately with individual laptops. At our old host we used to do this by selecting offline draft and then having each owner input their selection. However, we really like that Fleaflicker stores a history on each player so that years down the road we can see how the player was acquired and with what pick and so on. If we select "Live Draft" can we all input our selections on one computer? If we use "No Draft, I'll Import the Rosters" will each player's history just say "Imported"? Sorry for the wordy question and thank you in advance for your answer.

  • It is against Fleaflicker's terms of service to post offensive material.

You can run this on the live draft applet, but your absolute best bet is to use the slow draft/e-mail draft. For this, all you will do is go to the Players tab, hit Commish Draft, and draft for each player. If for any reason you make the wrong pick, have that owner log in and cut the player (you can cut the last player in a slow draft). Using the live draft applet would not really work because the computer would only think you are signed on and you'd either have to pause the draft applet very quickly and make the pick or keep undoing picks.

Definitely suggest using that method of drafting. It's slower, more fun, and you can see the whole draft board this way.

I can send you screenshots as well: fleaflicker.com
