You either need to draft/import rosters for 2015 first and complete the draft or go to Edit Rosters->These are the complete rosters -- the button won't show up without a draft being held/or the system thinking you drafted for 2015.
Ahhh, that makes sense, so i cant edit until the draft is over? will me editing those amounts right after the draft have any affect on the immediate Bids being put in place at that very moment? let me know if this doesn't make any sense.
You can edit the amounts when the draft is over or you told the system the draft is over by going to Edit Rosters>These are the complete rosters (the button then shows up). When you edit the amounts and then start a new season/draft by going to Edit Rosters>These are the complete rosters but still draft this season and then draft, the wire will reset again, so you'll want to manually keep track of anything there.

I thought i used to be able to edit the $ amount that each team had in its blind bid bank, under the Waiver Wire Rules?
Am i missing something or going crazy in thinking that this used to be in place?
