I'm sitting at 3-7 and three teams are tired at 5-5 for the last playoff spot, 2 games left, and I've lost to all 3 of those teams head to head so how am I still alive for the playoffs?

A way to see each teams playoff scenario would be nice, click on their name and it says what needs to happen for that team to make the playoffs.

That would be fantastic!

*Update* We will show this during the last week of play.

In terms of more than one week ahead:

Good suggestion to see what you would need to make the playoffs that we can look at implementing down the line. It's not supported now and would be some pretty complicated logic and ambitious, but we won't rule it out in the future.

If you win out and finish 5-7, you would be able to make the playoffs in certain situations. There are countless scenarios that can happen in that league so it would take too long to manually explain exactly what you would need to enter the playoffs with so much time left and so many games left to play. Your first tiebreaker is best division record for the playoffs.

In short, some of those teams tied ahead of you are in the same division, so they'll be knocked out due to division record that could potentially allow you to still be in a tiebreaking process if they're eliminated early due to that division record.

Just to update and clarify my post - You'll able to see all scenarios that will put you in the playoffs, but only during the last week of regular-season play. Since you have two weeks left, we don't show it quite yet. But if it was your last week of play, it would show in full there.

Where would this show up? I'm curious how a tie breaker would be broken between two teams with the same record but different division record where they don't have even amount of divisional match ups? 1 team will have played 11 divisional match ups and the other will have played 12. Would that matter or would it skip that tiebreaker?

1) You can go to the Playoffs page and hover over the % number it shows on the right column showing your playoffs and bye.

2) It would take the percentage there of the division record there and it wouldn't skip.

Damn. Was hoping it would skip if the amount of division games weren't even. Thanks
