Keeper options

I really like what I see with Fleaflicker. I just want to make sure it is going to be able to handle our league's keeper rules.

We can keep 0-4 players. When you keep a player you lose the draft pick this season corresponding to the round the player was drafted in the previous season. Does Fleaflicker allow these kind of adjustments? Can I adjust the drafter order by removing specific rounds for teams?
