I see the stats say that Brandon Lloyd returned a fumble 0 yards for a TD. Doesn't that qualify as a DEF TD?

No, it does not qualify as a defensive TD

I can't remember the rule of when the offense fumbles somehow the offense turns into the defense.

No, this was never a rule on this website. It counts as an offensive fumble recovery for a TD in this instance for Lloyd.

Thanks. I was more thinking of the NFL rule now though. Just one of those things where the refs called it one thing in one game and not in another.

You are technically correct about the NFL rule (it didn't happen here, but did in the Meachem '09 play), but for fantasy purposes, we have always ruled it this way and will continue to.
