1) If a player gets hurt during a game and they were healthy going into it, we'll move them to questionable (because they're hurt, and it's invaluable for owners to know that for waivers for the coming week).
2) A player's status will move to OUT if they are inactive (a healthy scratch). Like Mendenhall for Week 13.
3) An injury status will never get better between game-time status and around Wednesday at Noon.
4) Many teams don't announce injuries until game-time (similar to probably what we're facing with DMC this Thursday).
Most injury statuses come from official practice reports and are quite exhaustive.
I appreciate the fast reply. My league issue has not been with any player becoming "more injured" in a status change, rather the other way around. Specifically, Matt Forte was "Questionable" leading into the game week 13 but changed to healthy after the game started. I will handle my league issues internally. I just thought to let you guys know what I saw in case there is an error occurring.
Correction, Forte was "Probable" leading into game time.
He most likely change right before game time, they should not get healthier after the game. We'll keep an eye out. But the rule is they can change up to their game time and should not improve after kick until Wednesday or so.
