This is my first year as commissioner. I'm having issues setting up the draft. because we keep 3 players, the draft starts in the 4th rd. Is it possible to have our keepers plugged into the draft automatically?

also the trades mess everything up. We need the 1st rd trade to really be in the 4th. and the 2nd rd trade to really be in the 5th rd.

You have control over this and can maneuver it at Commish Options->Edit Draft Order->Manually edit round by round.

thanks. It worked out perfectly. Now I just need to change the waiver priority. How do I do that?

You can't do it before the draft, only after the draft (or you can tell the system you drafted already and then hold the draft by going to Edit Rosters>These are the complete rosters).
