we wanted to do a offseason wavier using a custom order. Is that possible, as of now if appears to on allow FCFS adds and not claims based on order i set?

To run FCFS, you'll have to do the following in preseason mode:

Edit Transaction Rules>Lock Players During Preseason>NO

Edit Waiver Wire Rules>NO

Set no waivers and you'll have all free agents there...

don't want FCFS, wanted to run custom wavier order and have owners claim players if it possible

Set your waivers then to run once a week and lock preseason players.
