It is against Fleaflicker's terms of service to post offensive material.
Looking back through TD Monkeys transaction log, they traded that pick to Throttle Down last year and that team is not using the pick.

You have 32 slots, he kept 28 players, he's set to draft 4 picks in the first 3 rounds to round his roster out, so it's correct.
