When is it expected that the players in this week's supplemental draft (like Gordon) will be available to pick up on Flea?

He'll be added (and any other drafted players) after and if a team takes a chance and uses a draft pick on him/then. The draft is July 12, he'll probably be added on/around when he's drafted. We're aiming for 7/13.
Will players chosen go through the waiver process or will they be free agents as soon as they are added?
They appear as free agents as they are not locked due to a game or having just been dropped.
